Fuertewifi was born in 2006 from the idea of a small team determined to provide internet in rural areas where customers could not be reached by wired networks or when structural problems of the buildings prevented the passage of cables.
This is how the Wireless Internet service was born, which gradually grew over time in quality and services offered.
It can be safely said that Fuertewifi was a pioneer by offering Internet via Wireless at a time when few knew about this type of service.
As it is well known, technological progress is constantly moving and despite the company's fast growth, it is necessary to always look to the future in order to maintain a high level of service.
The need then arose to integrate Fiber Optics to our existing Wireless network.
So in recent years Fuertewifi has decided to face this challenge by investing and building its own cabled fiber optic network.
Thanks to the great demand from both our existing customers and also from many new ones, we have now managed to cover most of our target area.
